How do I choose a PC?
Start with your budget, choose Mid-tower or SFF, then select Gaming or Creator. Use the suggested build or change the parts.
What brands do you use?
Mid-tower packages use be quiet! air cooling, NZXT AIO cooling, or ASUS AIO cooling. SFF offers Cooler Master air cooling or NZXT AIO cooling. The case, cooler, and power supply follow the same brand. RAM and NVMe storage use Kingston or BIWIN. Black components are our standard.
What happens after checkout?
This preview simulates checkout. It creates a demo order in your customer account so you can explore build tracking. It does not process payment or send an order.
How long does a build take?
Build time is 14 days after confirmation. Shipping transit time is additional.
Are all PCs tested?
Yes. Every completed system is stress tested, with performance, temperatures, and stability checked before handover.
Are the benchmarks measured results?
The configurator and PC cards show clearly labeled performance estimates for the selected hardware. Game settings and software versions are shown alongside them. Actual performance can vary.
What does Windows clean mean?
Both Windows options include a Windows 11 Home license and installation. The clean option also removes unnecessary preinstalled apps. You can choose no Windows. The demo price is $139 for either licensed option.
Where do I choose delivery and warranty?
In the cart. Choose San Jose area pickup or US shipping. A 1-year warranty is included; extensions add 1 or 2 years. Shipping and extension prices are still to be finalized.
Can I return a PC if I change my mind?
We do not offer voluntary returns for a change of mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Problems such as defects, shipping damage, or an incorrect delivery are handled separately. Read the returns policy.
Can I share my build?
Use Share with a friend in the configurator or cart. The link includes your selected configuration. Local demo links only open on the computer running the preview.
Can I get a completely custom build?
Yes. Start in the configurator and contact us to discuss the details. The build videos show examples of our work.
Can I track my order?
The customer demo shows order progress and test records. Team demos show inventory, component pricing, customers, and build testing.
